Join our team. **Join Us!** **Daily Responsibilities:** * Market Intelligence and Data: Conduct statistical and market research (on-site and system-based); * KPI Management and Relationship: Monitor and validate key performance indicators (sales, average transaction value, and conversion rate) with store tenants; * Performance Strategy and Audit: Execute performance strategy and data validation; * Critical Analysis and Reporting: Generate critical analyses and performance reports that integrate retail data into overall shopping center management. **Required Qualifications:** * Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Management, Entrepreneurship, Production Engineering, Strategic Human Resource Management. * Undergraduate or technologist degree; technical high school education or concurrent enrollment; distance learning (EAD). **What We Offer:** * Salary: R$ 1\.050,00 * Working Hours: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. – including meal breaks * Benefits: Transportation Allowance (Modal Fare per day / card) and meal allowance of R$ 350,00 (card) Job Type: Internship / Trainee Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$900,00 \- R$1\.050,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
