Job Summary: Manage the employee lifecycle—from talent attraction to retention—while monitoring organizational culture and performance to ensure an environment where people want to stay and grow. Key Highlights: 1. Employee lifecycle management and organizational culture. 2. Focus on Recruitment and Selection, and Climate/Engagement Management. 3. Use of data for benefits, career, and culture strategies. The purpose of this role is to manage the employee lifecycle from the perspectives of culture and performance. You will be responsible for attracting top talent while simultaneously monitoring organizational health to ensure the company remains a place where people want to stay and grow. **Key Responsibilities** * **Recruitment and Selection:** Lead end-to-end selection processes, ensuring *culture fit* (cultural alignment) and technical excellence. * **Climate Survey Management:** Plan and administer periodic climate and engagement surveys, transforming raw data into actionable diagnostics. * **Action Plans:** Facilitate meetings with managers to implement improvements based on climate survey results. * **Exit Interviews:** Conduct exit interviews to identify patterns, leadership bottlenecks, or dissatisfaction points impacting retention. * **HR Data Intelligence:** Cross-analyze recruitment, climate, and attrition data to suggest strategic changes in benefits, career, and culture policies. **What We’re Looking For (Requirements)** * Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection, and hands-on experience in Climate/Engagement Management. * Ability to conduct sensitive conversations (especially during exits) with neutrality and empathy. * Analytical capability to generate **Turnover** and **eNPS** reports. * Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications** * Proficiency in behavioral profiling methodologies (e.g., DISC, MBTI). * Experience proposing *Employee Experience* initiatives (e.g., Employee Journey).
