We’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Role as a Protagonist of Transformation:** We are the QA Chapter—a cross-functional team dedicated to ensuring product and project quality across the Topaz platform through test automation and the development of internal solutions. On the implementation front, we work on strategic projects by adapting and expanding product testing to each client’s specific context. **Your Responsibilities and Challenges Will Include:** * Independently adapt product test scenarios to the context of implementation projects. * Execute and automate functional and integrated tests in the client’s environment. * Work on projects under a resource pool model. * Ensure tests created for one project are parameterized for reuse in future projects. * Feed back identified test scenarios and incidents from projects into the product test repository. * Collaborate with implementation and product teams to maintain consistent quality standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We’re Looking for to Strengthen Our \#TopazTeam:** Requirements: * Experience with functional and automated testing. * Knowledge of Python, BDD (Behavior Driven Development), or experience with test automation tools. * Experience with Git. * Ability to adapt existing tests to different contexts (e.g., parameterization, data-driven approaches). * Experience with agile methodologies. * Strong communication skills—you’ll interact directly with project teams and clients. * Ability to manage projects with organization and prioritization. Desirable: * Experience with BDD and frameworks such as Behave or Cucumber. * Prior experience with client implementation or deployment. * Knowledge of API and service testing. * Familiarity with continuous integration. * Exposure to banking or financial products. * Basic Spanish. **Additional Information** Your experience at Topaz is our top priority!
