Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst II to structure, analyze, and generate strategic insights from data, directly contributing to business decision-making.
This position is ideal for someone who already has solid experience in data and wishes to work with greater autonomy—connecting diverse information sources, structuring analyses, and supporting partner business areas in generating value through data.
We seek a candidate with an analytical mindset, critical thinking skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to translate data into practical business recommendations.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Structure, clean, and analyze datasets from various sources
* Develop descriptive and diagnostic analyses to support decision-making
* Create and monitor performance indicators (KPIs)
* Design dashboards and management reports
* Identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities through data
* Support business areas in data interpretation and hypothesis development
* Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance
* Automate analysis routines and processes
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (business, technology, product, etc.)
* Present analyses and results to diverse audiences (operational and executive)
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel
* Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation
* Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
* Knowledge of data modeling and indicator development
* Familiarity with applied statistics for data analysis
* Prior experience in data analysis within a corporate environment
* Experience building dashboards and generating business insights
* Experience handling large volumes of data is a plus
* Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields
### **Courses and Certifications (Preferred)**
* Power BI, SQL, Python, or Data Analytics
* Certifications in data or BI
* Courses in statistics or advanced analytics

**Work Modality:** On-site (Uberlândia and regional offices) / Remote (all other locations).
