That’s why, every day, we strive to **find a way for those who achieve more with less to keep achieving even more—and better—always.** The **Controller Analyst** role is responsible for executing high-complexity accounting (including FIDC routines and portfolio reconciliations), leading end-to-end monthly closings, and structuring accounting processes for launching new financial products. This work delivers governance, traceability, and scalability across the business, directly impacting institutional maturity and preparing the company for its next major growth leaps in the financial market. **What you’ll do here:** * Perform complex accounting entries and ongoing reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts. * Lead end-to-end the accounting closing process for the companies. * Design and implement the accounting workflow applicable to launching new financial products. * Create, structure, and maintain accounting policies and internal controls for the area. * Prepare technical documentation and supporting reports to inform leadership decision-making. * Serve as the focal point for technical support and submission of audit evidence to external auditors. **What we’re looking for in you:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, with active registration at the Regional Accounting Council (CRC). * In-depth technical knowledge of FIDC routines and operational structures. * Solid experience in credit portfolio reconciliation and handling large volumes of transactional data. * Technical proficiency in issuing complete Financial Statements, including financial statements, supplementary schedules, and explanatory notes. * Proven prior experience in the financial market, with a strong focus on fintechs. * Resilience and analytical capability to operate and deliver results in a highly dynamic and rapidly growing environment. **It’s a plus if you have:** * Prior experience at institutions or companies already operating under Central Bank of Brazil (Bacen) regulation. ***Privacy Notice*** *Jeitto processes the personal data submitted in this application exclusively for recruitment and selection purposes, in accordance with the LGPD.
