To learn more, visit: https://sistemab.org/br/ **KEY PROCESSES:** * Budget preparation and control * Financial indicators * Support in developing action plans * Creation of management reports * Feasibility studies and analyses **DELIVERABLES:** * Preparation, control, and analysis of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and P&L statements for business units. * Identification and analysis of budget variances, proposing corrective actions and monitoring action plans. * Monitoring and analysis of operational and financial KPIs, with emphasis on value creation and continuous improvement. * Development, automation, and maintenance of dashboards and management reports (Power BI, Actio). * Comparative and feasibility analyses (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, benchmarking), supporting strategic decisions and enhancing controller process efficiency.
