The Controller Analyst IV is responsible for conducting complex financial analyses, preparing management reports, and developing and implementing internal control processes. Additionally, this role involves budget preparation, short- and long-term financial forecasting, and supporting the company’s strategic decision-making. This position operates at a senior level, requiring extensive experience and in-depth expertise in controller functions. * Conduct advanced financial analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in corporate performance. * Prepare management reports containing relevant information for senior executive decision-making. * Develop and implement internal control processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency in financial activities. * Prepare annual budgets and short- and long-term financial forecasts, contributing to the company’s strategic planning. * Actively participate in feasibility analyses of projects and investments, providing data and insights for decision-making. * Monitor and analyze budget variances, proposing corrective actions when necessary. * Optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. * Collaborate with other departments to implement improvements in processes and internal controls. * Stay updated on best practices in controller functions and finance, applying new knowledge in daily work. * Lead projects and teams, mentoring and developing junior professionals in the controller area.
