Job Summary: Business Intelligence Analyst focused on data analysis, generation of strategic insights, and support for decision-making to improve performance. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team, with a focus on data analysis and generation of strategic insights that support decision-making and enhance company performance. This position will operate in an analytical and structured manner, linking data to business context and supporting departments in identifying opportunities and guiding strategic actions. Main Responsibilities * Conduct data search, processing, modeling, and integration to generate strategic analyses; * Define calculation logic and metrics enabling translation of business problems into data-driven analyses; * Identify performance improvement opportunities and support the development of action plans; * Develop dashboards, charts, and executive presentations that translate analyses into clear and actionable information; * Support business areas with recurring analyses and specific studies; * Ensure consistency and reliability of databases used for decision-making. Key Challenges of the Role * Translating strategic requirements into structured analyses; * Converting large volumes of data into objective insights; * Ensuring standardization of metrics and KPIs; * Supporting decisions based on reliable and well-structured data. Technical Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields; * Experience in data analysis (Business Intelligence, Analytics, Consulting, or related areas); * Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; * Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides; * Power BI experience is desirable; * Experience in defining and monitoring business KPIs.
