Description
Analytical, proactive, and autonomous professional capable of analyzing and improving processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement of production processes. Will assist process engineers in their activities related to new project development (manufacturing of new umbilicals), perform continuous process improvement activities (6S, material efficiency analysis, process indicator monitoring), and develop standard operating procedures for factory operational activities.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or Metallurgical Engineering;
* Experience in process analysis and improvement (process and performance indicators, statistical analyses, process management);
* Knowledge of continuous improvement and quality tools;
* Experience with Lean Six Sigma, 6S, and problem-solving methodologies;
* Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong problem-solving ability;
* Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
* Familiarity with PowerApps and Power BI is desirable;
* Intermediate-level English proficiency is desirable;
* Hands-on experience on the factory floor.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Analyze industrial processes to drive continuous improvement and performance enhancement;
* Identify and reduce production losses;
* Develop components, devices, and systems for process improvement;
* Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies;
* Apply problem analysis and resolution tools such as Ishikawa, 5 Whys, and Action Plans;
* Prepare reports and indicators, and monitor improvement plans;
* Support production areas in process standardization and optimization.
