We have an opportunity for a BI Analyst. We seek an analytical, proactive, and results-oriented professional skilled at transforming data into strategic insights that support business decisions. Essential qualifications include expertise in data modeling, dashboard development, data integrations, and process automation, along with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across various company departments. Key Responsibilities: Transform internal and external data into strategic information to support decision-making; Develop dashboards, reports, and managerial indicators (KPIs); Perform data integration, extraction, and processing from multiple sources; Design and maintain ETL/ELT routines to automate processes; Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability of information and databases; Develop relational and dimensional data models; Analyze trends, behaviors, and patterns in data; Support business areas in gathering requirements and defining indicators; Automate processes and reports, eliminating manual controls; Document data flows, processes, and reports; Monitor pipelines, data loads, and dataset quality; Act as a technical knowledge multiplier for business and IT departments.
