This approach has enabled us to secure a prominent position in the markets we serve, supported by the trust of employees, customers, and suppliers. **If you are seeking an opportunity to join a solid, purpose-driven company that values human beings, this position is for you!** **Responsibilities and duties*** Maintain organization and cleanliness of the quality laboratory * Support quality analysts in more complex tasks * Actively participate in training and capacity-building programs * Maintain organized and up-to-date records * Collaborate with production to ensure quality assurance * Comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety procedures * Demonstrate interest in career growth within the quality field Conduct quality inspections on production lines * Collect samples according to the established sampling plan * Manage quality documentation and analysis records * Support internal and external quality audits * Maintain the quality laboratory organized and clean * Participate in GMP, HACCP, and quality management system training * Support investigations of deviations and non-conformities * Perform packaging material analyses when required * Collect samples from production lines for routine analyses and product release * Execute line release via ATP analysis, focusing on Mondays and Fridays * Record and enter analysis and release results into the PROTHEUS system * Record and store counter-samples according to traceability criteria * Enter data into specific spreadsheets and archive documents and counter-samples * Dispose of shelf-life-related products according to schedule * Monitor monthly production checklists * Perform daily washing of glassware and laboratory utensils * Conduct inventory counts of cleaning supplies and laboratory materials * Manage stock levels of swabs and other critical supplies * Request calibration services for scales and equipment according to schedule * Verify standard weights on scales as needed * Support production in cases of raw material or packaging deviations by sending samples for physical analysis **Requirements and qualifications** Technical course in Chemistry or Food Science, or higher education degree * Prior experience in the food industry * Knowledge of laboratory analyses * GMP and HACCP training * Basic knowledge of quality management systems **Additional information** * Competitive remuneration based on experience; * Additional benefits including medical and dental assistance, and meal vouchers; * Opportunities for career advancement and development of administrative skills; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity to work for a growing company offering professional learning and development.
