Check out this opportunity and \#JoinTranspoTech! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and monitor maintenance of the leased fleet, ensuring proper equipment operation; * Schedule and monitor periodic preventive inspections, ensuring adherence to timelines; * Coordinate corrective maintenance activities, aiming for swift execution and reduced downtime; * Schedule on-site technical service visits, aligning deadlines with customers and internal teams; * Control preventive and corrective service orders, ensuring process organization and tracking; * Develop operational controls, reports, and analyses using spreadsheets and management systems; * Provide administrative support to operations, maintaining constant contact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in administrative routines or operational control, preferably within equipment rental, logistics, transportation, or industrial maintenance sectors; * Knowledge of service order scheduling and control; * Intermediate Excel skills for data management, analysis, and report generation; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks; * Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with customers and internal teams; * Proactive, responsible profile with strong problem-solving ability; * Driver's license category B; * Must reside in Chapecó or surrounding area. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience with maintenance management systems or technical-sector ERPs; * Familiarity with parts control, service orders, and technical customer support; * Knowledge of forklifts and material handling equipment; * Experience with ERP systems or fleet management systems; * Basic knowledge of billing and invoicing processes. **Additional Information** * Salary negotiable \+ comprehensive benefits package At TranspoTech, we are driven by passion… **the passion to serve.** Each of us—the Orange Blood—carries the pride of belonging to a company that goes beyond selling solutions.
