Job Summary: We are seeking an organized Infrastructure Assistant to support expansion, improvement, and maintenance projects across our units, monitoring construction activities and coordinating project phases. Contribution to the company's expansion **Are you an organized person who enjoys monitoring construction projects and is interested in working on infrastructure projects?** We are looking for an **Infrastructure Assistant** to join our CSC team, supporting expansion, improvement, and maintenance projects across units in Rio Grande do Sul. **Your Responsibilities:** * Support monitoring of store/unit opening, renovation, and retrofit projects; * Assist in developing schedules, controls, and organizing construction phases; * Monitor deadlines and support execution of planned activities; * Organize technical documents and construction reports; * Support communication with suppliers and involved teams; * Contribute suggestions for improving infrastructure processes; * Support standardization of layouts and construction processes; * Assist in cost control and verification of construction measurements. **What We’re Looking For:** * Technical qualification in Building Construction or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Basic knowledge of projects, construction, or building maintenance; * Familiarity with deadline management and activity organization; * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills; * Willingness to travel within Rio Grande do Sul; * Driver’s license category B; * Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or SketchUp is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in construction sites or project monitoring; * Interest in professional development within infrastructure and construction. **Why Join Our Team?** Here, you’ll have the opportunity to learn through hands-on experience by monitoring infrastructure projects and contributing to the company’s expansion, all within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
