**Responsibilities:** Assist in maintaining air piping systems; Comply with internal and external health and safety regulations. Assist in maintaining water piping systems; Assist in maintaining gas piping systems; Assist in performing minor masonry repairs; Perform painting, carpentry/cabinetmaking, and metalworking tasks; Assist skilled tradespeople in the maintenance area by preparing parts, tools, and instruments required for preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, furniture, hydraulic circuits, among others; Inspect for leaks; Thread pipes; Sand parts; Clean water tanks; Clean roof tiles; Excavate and backfill trenches; Cut masonry and concrete for installation of hydraulic and electrical piping; Assist in preparing equipment and raw materials required to perform tasks, as well as in final assembly and proper finishing; Assist in performing ironwork services, preparing materials required for assembling reinforcement bars, formwork, and others; Perform occasional painting using compressed-air spray guns; Perform minor repairs and installations on low-voltage electrical networks; **Requirements:** Completed high school education Building hydraulic systems Gas installations Sewage installations Low-voltage electrical networks Experience as a mason's helper Employment type: Full-time CLT contract Compensation: Starting from R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Food allowance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Commuter allowance Selection question(s): * Have you worked as a mason's helper before?
