Perform routine building maintenance services to meet the needs of the facility. **Responsibilities and duties** Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services, including replacement, swapping, cleaning, repair, and installation of parts, components, and equipment. Maintain glass surfaces and façades, and clean premises and accessories. Work in accordance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards.
