With over 40 years of market experience, we have become specialists in storage and distribution of dry, refrigerated, and frozen products.* *So if you believe you are an exceptional professional ready to make a difference in our national structuring and growth, join us!* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise daily transportation operations, focusing on efficiency, safety, and deadline compliance; * Directly lead operational teams, including drivers and helpers, ensuring alignment with company objectives; * Manage team schedules, working hours, and performance, monitoring attendance, productivity, and behavior; * Monitor operational indicators (KPIs), proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements; * Ensure efficient fleet utilization, optimizing routes and managing available vehicles; * Address operational issues and support field teams; * Ensure compliance with safety standards, labor legislation, and internal policies; * Collaborate with other departments (Maintenance, Logistics, Traffic) to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. * Identify and implement continuous improvements in maintenance processes, leveraging new technologies and methodologies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience supervising transportation or logistics operations; * Experience directly leading drivers and helpers; * Solid knowledge of operational KPI control, scheduling, transport documentation, and applicable regulations (e.g., ANTT and working hours); * Proactive, organized profile with strong decision-making and conflict management skills; **Additional Information** * Fuel allowance or transportation allowance; * On\-site meal; * Life insurance; * Profit\-sharing program (PLR); * Grocery basket (after probationary period); * Health plan (after probationary period); * Dental plan (after probationary period); #### **We move food with responsibility, efficiency, and real pressure.** **Kona Transportes operates in road transportation of dry, refrigerated, and frozen food**, serving critical food service market operations across Brazil.
