OPEN POSITION – MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN \- GUARULHOS We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to work in civil and hydraulic maintenance. Working Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: R$ 2\.513,91 Benefits: * Lunch provided at the company * Transportation allowance * Dental plan fully subsidized by the company Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance; * Minor masonry, painting, and tiling repairs; * Installation and repair of doors, windows, locks, and ceiling panels; * Minor carpentry and metalworking tasks; * Floor maintenance and simple structural repairs; * Identification and correction of leaks in pipes and fittings; * Unclogging and maintenance of hydraulic networks, sinks, toilets, and water tanks; * Replacement and installation of faucets, traps, valves, and shut-off valves; * Preventive maintenance of hydraulic pumps and sewage systems. Requirements: * Proven experience in civil and hydraulic maintenance; * Basic knowledge of reading electrical and hydraulic project drawings; * Proactivity, organization, and commitment.
