Job Summary: Operate and maintain power generators, with a focus on technical tasks related to maintenance and calibration of industrial instruments to ensure unit productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Interpretation of engineering drawings and electrical diagrams Perform operation and maintenance of power generators, carrying out medium-complexity technical tasks related to maintenance and calibration of industrial instruments, interpretation of engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, and process flowcharts, aiming to ensure full unit productivity. **Responsibilities and Duties** Start up and shut down steam turbines according to operational procedures to ensure safe and efficient system operation; Operate circuit breakers following specific protocols to ensure safe electrical power distribution; Clean turbine oil filters and the air\-adiabatic system using appropriate tools to maintain operational efficiency of the systems; Read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, and process flowcharts to perform maintenance and operation activities in accordance with technical specifications; Carry out activities in compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, using mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) to safeguard everyone's health and safety; Perform duties aligned with company values and policies, maintaining confidentiality and focusing on organizational goals; Uphold discipline in the 5S program, promoting organization and cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment; Safeguard company property, promptly reporting any issues or damages to the immediate supervisor; Operate and maintain the compressed air generation system using technical procedures to ensure continuity and efficiency of compressed air supply; Perform operation and maintenance of the compressed air generation system in accordance with preventive and corrective maintenance protocols; Carry out maintenance and calibration of industrial instruments to ensure equipment accuracy and reliability. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education; Technical degree in Electricity; NR 10 certification; Prior experience in the field is desirable. **Additional Information** Health Insurance Plan, Dental Insurance Plan, Meal Allowance, On-site Cafeteria, Free Transportation, Profit-Sharing Program (PPR), Partnerships with Educational Institutions, Gympass, and Orienteme.
