Description
The role of Junior Maintenance Supervisor in a bread factory involves activities that ensure the proper operation of equipment and systems within the factory. Key responsibilities include:
1\. Preventive and corrective maintenance: Conduct periodic inspections of equipment such as ovens, mixers, dough dividers, stuffers, and other production line devices. Perform corrective maintenance as needed, repairing failures and replacing damaged parts.
2\. Oversight of maintenance services: Assist in executing more complex maintenance tasks, such as machine adjustments and calibrations, component lubrication, and inspection of motor and electrical system operational status.
3\. Inventory control of parts and materials: Support management of spare parts and materials required for maintenance. Maintain inventory records and request replenishment when necessary.
4\. Equipment adjustment and calibration: Ensure equipment operates within manufacturer specifications by adjusting and calibrating machines according to production requirements.
5\. Safety and quality: Adhere to occupational safety standards, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and complying with hygiene and safety practices required for maintaining food-processing equipment.
6\. Team support: Lead maintenance team members, verify checkpoints, provide feedback, and monitor team performance.
7\. Recordkeeping and reporting: Maintain detailed records of performed maintenance activities, identify failure patterns, and propose solutions to prevent recurring issues.
Employment type: Full-time CLT contract
Compensation: Up to R$3\.800,00 per month
