A passionate and high-performance team **Have you ever considered working for an automotive group born from a passion for automobiles, now positioning itself as a leader and benchmark in the aftermarket segment?** Our mission is to deliver high-quality and reliable products through a highly efficient supply chain. #### **Our Values:** We are madly **passionate** about our customers; We work as a **team**; We are **high-performance**; We offer the largest and best **product portfolio** in the market! *If you match this profile and seek a new challenge, join the Universe of Automotive Parts Solutions.* ***\#VemSerUniverseller*** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Perform operational tasks in the tax and billing departments according to internal procedures, with agility and quality.** * Sort documents (invoices and bills) and enter them into the system; * Request documentation from suppliers; * Issue invoices under supervision; * Cross-check invoices against purchase orders; * Attend training sessions when requested; * Receive and record return invoices in the system (damaged and undamaged parts); * Cancel out-of-term orders (beyond the 24-hour deadline) via returns using the designated system form; * Correct invoices with errors in the system; * Perform related tasks as required; * Sort documents (invoices and bills) and enter them into the system; * Request documentation from suppliers; * Verify system entry of all received invoices; * Record non-productive invoices, commission invoices, and incentive invoices; * Enter contracts into the system, verify them, and forward to Finance; * Generate XML and SUFRAMA files for system input; * Close ICMS, ISS, PCC, IPI, and ICMS ST tax assessments; * Verify partner registration for sales release; * Provide support across all tax department activities; * Generate ancillary tax obligations; * Review product registration for tax-related aspects; * Generate payable accounts for assessed taxes; * Input tax payment slips and process the tax calculation tool; * Prepare tax payment slips. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School; * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred (in progress); * Experience in tax-related activities; * Proficiency in Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, SUMIFS, IF). **Additional Information** **We care about you!
