Company Industry: Accounting Office Position: Tax Analyst Work Modality: On-site – CLT Work Location: São José do Rio Preto – SP Main Responsibilities: * Importing Fiscal Invoices; * SPED, SAT, and Fiscal Receipt files; * Recording fiscal invoices (DANFE and Services); * Fiscal Invoice reconciliation – CFOP, CST, NCM, etc.; * Reconciliation of entry, exit, and service ledgers; * Calculation of ICMS, ICMS ST, ICMS Differential Rate, PIS/COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL; * Printing and issuing tax payment slips – Sicalc, Simples Nacional, and Municipalities; * Closing tax obligations: GIA, SPED ICMS, SPED Contributions, DCTF, REINF, GISS Service Provider/Recipient; * Organizing fiscal invoice files and other departmental documents; * Supporting the office’s tax routines, ensuring reconciliation, deadline compliance, and organization. Salary: R$ 3\.500,00 to R$ 4\.000,00 Benefits: * Meal Allowance – R$ 31.00 per day * Transportation Allowance Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM Academic Qualifications: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies will be considered a plus. Requirements: * Experience in tax area (mandatory); * Practical experience with tax calculation for companies under Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Real Profit regimes; * Knowledge of tax reconciliation (CFOP, CST, NCM); * Familiarity with Contimatic system (G5/Junior) is desirable; * Organizational skills and responsibility regarding deadlines and deliverables. Technical Competencies: * Importing and recording fiscal invoices; * Tax and fiscal reconciliation; * Tax calculation and submission of ancillary obligations; * Issuing tax payment slips and closing tax obligations; * Knowledge of SPED and accounting office routines.
