Job Requirements:
Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree. Fields of study: accounting, accounting sciences, business administration, or related disciplines.
Experience in accounting journal entries and reconciliations (balance sheet accounts, income statement accounts, taxes, and bank reconciliations).
Fixed asset control, calculation and accounting of depreciation and amortization.
Knowledge of reconciliation of accounting accounts for international subsidiaries (e.g., Argentina).
Participation in physical inventory counts.
Flexible working hours.
Willingness to work on-site.
Responsibilities:
Record accounting journal entries corresponding to actual business events, through analysis of balance sheet accounts, amortization and provision control spreadsheets, ensuring accurate input into the accounting system and up-to-date data.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
Manage and maintain documentation files specific to the Company’s Accounting Department.
Calculate taxes under the responsibility of the Accounting Department.
Prepare the Company’s Balance Sheet, analyzing account groupings according to the model approved by the shareholders, ensuring accurate public disclosure.
Extract from SAP and supporting applications the information required for accurate completion of ECF (Fiscal Accounting Record), ECD (Digital Accounting Record), and EFD Contributions (Digital Fiscal Record of Contributions levied on Revenue), ensuring full compliance with tax authority requirements and timely fulfillment of ancillary obligations.
