The candidate will focus on supporting Corporate Restructuring processes as well as Civil Litigation related to corporate restructuring. **Responsibilities:** * Drafting legal pleadings; * Monitoring cases; * Preparing reports; * Conducting internal investigations. **Required Qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in a Law undergraduate program, preferably in the 4th year; * Proactivity: Providing support to the legal team; * Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication; * Ability to support the legal team in procedural and administrative tasks, demonstrating diplomacy and a focus on consistent results for the client; * Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong communication and organizational skills. **Personal Development:** * *Proactivity and ability to take initiative;* * *Commitment to deadlines and technical quality of work;* * *Willingness to continuously update knowledge and learn within the field of practice;* * *Strategic vision and ability to analyze complex scenarios.* Our office values diversity and is committed to equal employment opportunities.
