We are looking for someone passionate about baking, eager to learn and grow alongside the team. The assistant will support the baker in dough preparation, shaping, and baking stages, ensuring workplace organization and cleanliness. Key responsibilities: * Assist in dough preparation and baking; * Weigh and portion ingredients according to recipes; * Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with hygiene standards; * Support fermentation processes and monitor production steps; * Assist in product finishing and display. Requirements: * Interest and willingness to learn about baking; * Commitment, punctuality, and attention to detail; * Prior experience in the field.
