Managing cases from filing through to final resolution, including monitoring court notices, drafting legal submissions and appeals, and taking all necessary procedural steps (e.g., requesting supporting documents, preparing cost assessment forms, etc.). Updating and maintaining the firm’s internal case management system. Monitoring emails and drafting legal opinions on specific matters, as well as attending occasional remote and in-person meetings with clients. Preparing and submitting client reports. Conducting in-person investigations and attending hearings, when required.
