**RSG Brasil headhunters** **São José dos Campos / SP** **Client: Mid-sized Industrial Company** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Position: Cost Specialist** **Description:** * Factory cost control, actual cost calculation, and annual cost planning; * Investment control; * Analysis of raw material costs (commodities); * Support financial control in coordination with the Procurement department (production-related items); * Development and monitoring of factory KPIs; * Preparation of the monthly cost book; * Inventory control and analysis; * Identification of potential cost and expense reductions; * Measurement of losses in the production process; * Reporting to executive management; * Calculation of product profitability, contribution margin, break-even point, and preparation of selling price formation. **Profile:** * Degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in large enterprises (industrial/chemical sector is a plus); * Hands-on experience with integrated ERP systems; Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel is mandatory); * Process-oriented mindset and knowledge of Strategic Cost Management topics; * Understanding of accounting fundamentals and principles. **COMPENSATION: Preferably PJ (individual contractor) / open to negotiation** **Immediate start** **www.rsgbrasil.com.br** -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
