Job Summary: A laboratory technician to perform routine tasks in macroscopy, histotechnology, and cytology, ensuring proper sample processing and examination quality. Key Highlights: 1. Quality control and organization of biological materials We seek a professional to work in the laboratory's technical area, performing routines in **macroscopy, histotechnology, and cytology**, contributing to proper sample processing and ensuring technical quality of examinations performed. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform laboratory technical routines related to Anatomic Pathology and Cytopathology; * Carry out histological processing steps: tissue embedding, microtomy, slide staining (H&E, Papanicolaou, and special stains), and slide mounting; * Prepare and handle laboratory reagents, dyes, and solutions; * Operate technical area equipment (tissue processor, microtome, stainer, slide mounter, among others); * Perform macroscopic examination and organize received samples; * Prepare slides for special examinations and immunohistochemistry; * Organize, archive, and manage slides, tissue blocks, and biological materials; * Conduct quality control of technical routines, including monitoring of equipment and reagents; * Manage inventory of supplies and verify expiration dates; * Follow biosafety standards and correctly use PPE; * Maintain a clean, organized workplace compliant with technical standards. **Requirements:** * Laboratory Assistant training; * Organization, attention to detail, and technical responsibility; * Ability to work in a team; * Commitment to quality and biosafety standards. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience or knowledge in Anatomic Pathology laboratory routines or related areas; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.100,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed High School (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
