Opportunity to apply knowledge in electroelectronics **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (1-hour lunch break). **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Perform disassembly, technical cleaning, and internal/external hygiene of machines according to model-specific standards and checklists. * Restock machines with beverage preparation products. * Support installation, uninstallation, replacement, and relocation of machines at customer sites. * Conduct post-service tests. * Provide on-site customer service with a professional demeanor. * Complete and close digital Service Orders. * Perform external service in São José do Rio Preto and surrounding cities, adhering to scheduled routes/agendas, deadlines, and service-level agreement (SLA) time windows. * Operate company vehicle (motorcycle \- valid Class A driver's license required) and ensure safety. * Manage and organize materials: assess product needs at customer locations. * Follow safety regulations and best practices: use of PPE, care with electricity/water, preservation of the customer’s environment, and compliance with internal procedures. **Requirements:** **?? Mandatory:** * Valid Class A driver's license for operating company vehicles and performing external service. * Availability for regional travel and adherence to **SLA** deadlines. * Basic familiarity with manual and digital tools. * Ability to record service activities via **mobile applications** for Service Orders. **??
