Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Sales Analyst to support commercial routines, manage agreements, orders, and deliveries, and interact with various departments across the company. We are looking for a Junior Sales Analyst to support commercial routines, ensuring follow-up on agreements, orders, and deliveries, as well as acting as an interface with different departments across the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor commercial agreements, resolving pending items in coordination with the collections department; * Conduct contract audits and request payment of agreed-upon funds; * Manage contract renewals, ensuring adherence to established deadlines and terms; * Verify orders submitted via EDI; * Monitor order and delivery flow, ensuring compliance with deadlines; * Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inconsistencies; * Support the sales team in administrative and operational routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Knowledge of commercial and administrative routines; * Familiarity with EDI systems is a plus; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Experience with management tools (ERP, CRM, or similar); * Proficiency in computer applications; * Experience with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, initiative, and attention to detail. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Birthday bonus; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Transportation allowance; * Profit-sharing program; * Family kit; * Life insurance; * Wellhub.
