**Operations Commercial Analyst** THL develops and manufactures laboratory equipment, focusing on standardized and reliable technical solutions for industrial, laboratory, and institutional applications. We possess in-house engineering capabilities and an internal structure dedicated to quality, operational organization, and continuous improvement of our processes. We seek an organized, communicative, and committed professional to work directly within the company’s operations and services sector, performing operational monitoring, customer relationship management, and consultative sales of THL’s solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Customer service and follow-up; * Control and monitoring of technical support activities; * Organization of equipment leasing processes; * Monitoring of tests and services delivered; * Conducting consultative sales of the company’s services; * Preparation and monitoring of proposals; * Commercial and operational follow-up; * Updating internal controls and operational status; * Interface among customers, technical staff, and administrative staff; * Ensuring proper execution of internal procedures; * Supporting sector organization in accordance with 5S principles; * Billing and tracking of deadlines and pending items. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability and attention to detail; * Ease in handling customer interactions; * Responsible profile with commitment to processes; * Commercial aptitude and strong negotiation skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in commercial customer service; * Background working in technical, industrial, or laboratory companies; * Knowledge of 5S methodology; * Experience in equipment leasing, technical support, or service provision; * Proactive profile with strong priority management skills. **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive salary aligned with the role * Commission or performance-based bonus * Meal allowance: BRL 500.00/month * Transportation allowance * Special Christmas allowance (as per collective agreement) * PLR – Profit Sharing Program * CLT employment registration with all rights under the Metalworkers’ Collective Bargaining Agreement * TotalPass * 24-hour telemedicine **Culture of Continuous Development** Close mentoring, constructive feedback, and support for technical and professional growth. **Merit-Based Advancement** We value organized, committed professionals who contribute to the operational and commercial advancement of the company.
