Job Summary:
This role supports project and process management, ensuring governance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement within the Shared Services Directorate.

To work in the Projects and Processes Group (PRP) of the Shared Services Directorate (DSC)
Department responsible for structuring and integrating projects, processes, and regulatory frameworks, ensuring governance, operational efficiency, and compliance, while driving continuous improvement across the Shared Services Directorate.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support project planning and monitoring (schedules, status, deliverables);
* Update management controls and tools;
* Consolidate information and prepare status reports for stakeholders;
* Monitor deadlines, risks, pending items, and support follow-up with responsible parties;
* Support meeting organization (agendas, topics, minutes);
* Assist in standardizing and documenting processes and projects;
* Support directorate indicator management;
* Organize and maintain document repositories (e.g., SharePoint);
* Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives;
* Ensure adherence to project methodologies and governance.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields;
* Data analysis (data control, tables, information organization);
* Basic knowledge of project management (scheduling, risks, deadlines);
* Familiarity with collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint, Jira).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Power BI or basic data analysis skills;
* Basic English proficiency.
