After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and schedule maintenance services to be performed by department personnel: electricians, mechanics, welders, masons, plumbers, painters, sheet metal workers, and others. Analyze, study, and investigate the actual needs and potential consequences caused by equipment or machine failures. Document incidents and issue maintenance work orders. * Record, after maintenance completion, equipment/machine downtime duration, labor hours, materials used, parts purchased (if applicable), etc. Contact supervisors regularly to assess whether maintenance services are being performed correctly and fully meeting the company’s operational needs. Maintain control over machine and production line stoppages caused by breakdowns and other incidents. * Ensure necessary resources for maintenance activities, monitoring equipment via maintenance KPIs and supporting departmental decisions with timely information; guarantee all factory equipment remains in perfect working condition and available for production—with reliability as the top priority and costs minimized. * Manage documentation inventory (technical manuals, reports, work orders, and others). * Support leadership to ensure actions taken improve observed maintenance KPIs. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource conservation in compliance with the company’s SSMA policies—including awareness of environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarity with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields is mandatory; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable; * Experience with ERP systems is desirable; * Familiarity with data analysis tools is desirable; * Knowledge of E\-law is desirable; * Knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable. **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
