Ethics and integrity are part of all business relationships, along with humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Operate sector equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOP), making necessary adjustments to meet process and quality parameters. Control product quality through visual inspections, verifying that bales are in perfect condition without physical or chemical contamination, e.g., oil, grease, plastic, wood, paper, etc., separating defective bales for reprocessing. Check the operation of compressors, bale presses, fans, beaters, and cyclones. Inspect and perform cleaning of the press pit to ensure machine preservation and sector organization. Monitor bale weight and press operation via ammeter, moving the box to the piston press where the bale is compressed and bound with wire. Mark each bale with identification number, shift code, and company brand.
