What are we looking for? * High school diploma and completed technical education (mandatory) * Experience in a manufacturing environment * Knowledge of 5S, problem-solving methodologies (PDCA, 5W1H), continuous improvement (Kaizen), experience with preparation, filling, and packaging machinery/equipment, and basic knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), including Autonomous Maintenance (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Centerline). * We seek an innovative individual with strong interpersonal skills who prioritizes the well-being of our end consumers. What would be your key responsibilities? * Operate and maintain equipment in accordance with operational procedures. * Ensure documentation of Standard Operational Hygiene Procedures (SOHP) for your work area. * Organize and actively collaborate on 5S implementation in your area (Use, Organization, Cleaning, Improvement, Sustain), ensuring Mars Pet Nutrition BR achieves its target score for the monthly audit. * Monitor PCC and PPRO for your area of responsibility. * Perform workplace organization and cleaning tasks per the existing cleaning plan and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. * Carry out activities in accordance with departmental operational procedures (LPPs, TP, IT). * Perform duties adhering to Safety Rules and prioritizing Mars’ four focus standards: working at height, hot work, mobile equipment, and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout). * Ensure Food Safety by following Quality Rules. * Maintain and safeguard equipment integrity and condition. * Share theoretical knowledge (only theoretical) regarding processes/machinery under your responsibility with Operator I in a didactic manner. * Act proactively and swiftly to resolve difficulties and prevent and/or solve problems. * Use and control inputs (raw materials and packaging materials) responsibly to ensure inventory accuracy. * Develop and deliver training to other associates on LPPs and LUPs. * Participate in the continuous improvement of performance indicators for your work area through involvement in continuous improvement teams. * Conduct periodic process and product inspections to monitor and record quality parameters per established standards by executing defined routines. * Serve as backup for JTM (Just Ten Minutes Operational Meeting), reporting indicator deviations and developing action plans for the shift. * Understand key performance indicators relevant to your area, recognize their impact on daily operations, and know methods to address low performance. * Improve machine/process performance by 1–3% annually (OEE/TRS).
