Supporting the production team in various tasks We are hiring a **Production Assistant** to work at our concrete block and paver manufacturing plant. We seek someone committed, proactive, and eager to grow alongside Tectus Pré\-Moldados. This professional will assist with various daily tasks—supporting production, organizing the workplace, and ensuring operations run safely and efficiently. **Daily Responsibilities:** * Support the production team in various tasks; * Product palletizing; * Assisting with regional deliveries when necessary; * Cleaning and organizing the workplace (warehouse, machinery, and external yard); * Assisting with material and product handling within the plant; * Supporting raw material replenishment manually or using simple tools; * Collecting waste and maintaining a clean and safe plant; * Following leadership instructions and collaborating to ensure smooth team operations. **Requirements:** * Willingness to perform physical labor in a production environment; * Agility, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Prior experience in general services or an industrial setting is a plus. **We Offer:** * A respectful and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity for learning and growth within the company; * Market-competitive compensation.
