Workplace organization and cleanliness Use PPE; * Perform product packaging and assembly in production; * Fill in information on the OP form; * Measure temperature at the beginning, during, and end of assembly for each product produced daily, and record it in the “Assembly” field of the OP; * Pass each product through the metal detector equipment and complete the metal detector form; * Label the product after passing through the detector; * Place products on racks and then move them to the ultra-freezer; * Organize and maintain cleanliness of the workplace; * Complete the sector checklist.
