Collaborative environment within a stable and growing company ### **About the Position** We are looking for a professional to prepare and operate hydraulic and eccentric presses, ensuring quality, safety, and organization throughout the production process. * **️** **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare hydraulic and eccentric presses; * Operate presses (up to 12 tons) using small-sized tools; * Perform basic adjustments during the production process; * Interpret technical drawings to carry out tasks; * Use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.); * Maintain the department and equipment organized and clean. ### **✅** **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Technical or vocational training (SENAI or equivalent) in Machining, Toolmaking, or related fields; * Experience with hydraulic and eccentric presses; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Knowledge of metrology. * **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the metallurgical industry; * Familiarity with small-sized tools; * Knowledge of production and quality routines. ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity * Attention to detail * Organization * Teamwork * Clear communication ### **What We Offer** * Collaborative and structured work environment; * Learning and development opportunities; * Opportunity to work in a stable and growing company; * Market-competitive benefits.
