Organized and collaborative work environment * Machine Operator – Wire Mesh Fencing Production **Work Location:** Sorocaba/SP About the Position We are looking for a committed, responsible, and eager-to-learn professional to work as a **Machine Operator** in our wire mesh fencing manufacturing plant. Prior experience specifically in wire mesh fencing production is not required. The candidate will receive comprehensive training to operate equipment and execute the production process. We seek someone interested in growing with the company, who is organized and attentive to quality and safety. Main Responsibilities * Operate wire mesh fencing production machines; * Prepare and feed raw materials into machines; * Monitor the production process to ensure product quality; * Perform simple adjustments and operational fine-tuning as needed; * Assist in material and finished product handling and organization; * Sort, identify, and store manufactured products; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace (5S); * Follow all safety procedures throughout operations; * Assist in loading and unloading materials when necessary; * Maintain equipment by promptly reporting any maintenance needs; * Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Ability to quickly learn new tasks; * Commitment, responsibility, and punctuality; * Organization and attention to detail; * Willingness to perform operational tasks; * Ability to work effectively in a team. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in industrial or production environments; * Experience operating industrial machinery; * Basic knowledge of industrial tools and equipment; * Experience handling materials.
