Impresul is a company specialized in printing and visual communication solutions, offering services ranging from digital printing to high-quality graphic production. **Responsibilities:** Serve customers at the counter, by phone, and via e\-mail, clarifying inquiries and receiving service requests. Produce graphic materials, copies, bindings, laminations, and other express services. Assist in organizing the department and managing the customer service workflow. Position based in São Leopoldo / RS. Previous experience as a Printing Operator, Graphic Production Assistant, Printing Assistant, or Graphic Services Attendant may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this role. High school diploma required.
