**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Someone to join our **Communications** team, working on-site. This person will support internal communication activities (for employees), adapting messages and updating communication channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Develop local content for Corporate TV, with inputs from C3\. * Support the creation of internal communication materials, focusing on unit-specific needs. * Assist with administrative communication tasks at the unit: supplier coordination, alignment with procurement, etc. * Support the organization of unit events. * Update unit bulletin boards and wallboards. * Manage the monitoring workflow for suggestion box submissions and responses, supported by the Communications Analyst. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Currently enrolled in a higher education institution in one of the following fields: Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising and Publicity, Business Administration, Languages, or related disciplines (from the 3rd semester onward) * Strong communication skills * Proficiency in graphic design and video editing (Adobe Suite or fast-editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Lumen5\) * Microsoft Office suite **Additional Information** **Smurfit Westrock**, a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging, operates in 40 countries with over 500 packaging conversion operations and 59 paper mills.
