Job Summary: Perform sanding and finishing of parts, ensuring proper surface preparation according to quality standards, contributing to the final product outcome. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure uniformity and finishing standards of parts **Job Mission:** Perform sanding and finishing of manufactured parts, ensuring proper surface preparation according to the company's established quality standards, contributing to the perfect final product outcome. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate manual machines for metal part machining (sander, drill, tap). * Perform manual and/or mechanical sanding of parts according to material and technical specifications. * Remove burrs, irregularities, weld marks, and imperfections. * Prepare surfaces for subsequent processes such as painting, polishing, plating, or assembly. * Ensure uniformity and finishing standards of parts. * Visually inspect parts, identifying non-conformities. * Report failures or defects to the immediate supervisor. * Maintain an organized and clean workstation. * Ensure proper maintenance of tools, machines, and equipment. * Comply with safety regulations and correctly use PPE. * Follow internal procedures and company quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school education preferred). * Prior experience in this role or similar activities (preferred). * Basic knowledge of manual and/or machine sanding. * Familiarity with finishing and quality concepts. **Salary:** R$ 2\.146,52 **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Benefits:** * Medical Assistance * Food Basket * Parking * PLR (Profit Sharing Program) * Transportation Allowance * Study Grant (after 1 year of employment) * Career Development Plan Minimum Education Level: Elementary Education (1st level)
