We expect you to uphold **credibility** in all activities performed, embodying the **owner's mindset** in everything you do, always with **respect**, so that together we can achieve extraordinary results. **Your mission**: Provide technical assistance, guidance, and monitoring to production farms, ensuring zootechnical performance, animal welfare, and compliance with sanitary and biosecurity standards established by the company and regulatory agencies. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor bird health by conducting regular inspections to identify signs of disease or abnormal conditions; * Develop and implement biosecurity and sanitary control programs on farms; * Promote animal welfare, ensuring compliance with current standards and legislation; * Prepare and monitor vaccination, disinfection, and pest control plans; * Implement preventive management strategies to avoid disease outbreaks; * Monitor batch performance and develop action plans for indicators failing to meet targets; * Collaborate with production teams to optimize bird management, aiming for higher productivity and quality; * Provide technical support to field teams and operators, advising on appropriate management and nutrition practices; * Ensure operations comply with regulations set by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA) and other applicable regulations; * Prepare technical reports and documentation required by regulatory agencies. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, or Animal Science; * Specialization in Poultry Science, Avian Health, or related fields (preferred); * Proven experience in avian health and management within industrial production systems; * Experience in poultry industry companies is a plus; * Knowledge of biosecurity, sanitary control, and animal welfare programs; * Ability to analyze zootechnical indicators and diagnose avian diseases; * Familiarity with poultry sector standards and legislation (MAPA, Normative Instructions, etc.); * Willingness to travel frequently and conduct field visits; * Driver’s license (CNH) Category B. **Additional information** * Meals provided at the company; * Food basket; * Birthday leave (Day Off); * Dental plan; * Group life insurance. **CIALNE** was founded in Ceará and, over nearly six decades, has built a legacy defined by hard work, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
