Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, as do humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Assist with export payments (local fees); * Assist with entering data into company systems; * Assist with issuing export-related documents; * Send draft bills of lading (BL) to shipping lines; * Assist with verifying deadlines on terminal and shipping line websites; * Assist with sending documents via e\-mail; * Liaise with service providers; * Read and respond to e\-mails. **Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, International Relations, or related fields; expected graduation from JUL/2028\. * Intermediate Excel proficiency; advanced Power BI knowledge is a plus; * Intermediate English proficiency; advanced English is a plus; * Familiarity with technology and systems is a plus; * Ability to work effectively in teams, strong communication skills, commitment, ease in interpersonal relationships, and proactive attitude. **Additional Information** Additional Information for the job **Diversity, Inclusion and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
