Diagnosis and repair of automotive electro-electronic components **Diesel Electrical Assembler** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Courses in Automotive Electrician and Vehicle Electrical Control Systems. * Experience in electrical assembly (electrical maintenance of trucks/buses or similar vehicles (heavy-duty diesel)). * Solid knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for trucks/buses. **Responsibilities:** * Process RA, RN, and SOS work orders. * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. * Assess component conditions to identify need for replacement or refurbishment. * Perform electro-electronic component assembly tasks using workbenches. * Install electro-electronic systems and components, and conduct measurements on vehicles. * Perform diagnostics using equipment and issue reports for damaged parts. * Conduct battery testing, check amperage, and determine whether maintenance or battery replacement is required. * Assemble starter motors, alternators, and wiring harnesses. * Perform other related tasks as needed or at the discretion of the immediate supervisor. * Work in compliance with technical, quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental protection standards and procedures.
