A culture that values growth and mutual support. **LEO MADEIRAS IS HIRING!** ================================== **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** ------------------------- * Sort MDF or MDP panels, with support from the Operations Assistant, according to specifications on the invoice/order (quantity, color, and model), aiming to organize the workspace for product cutting. * Review the cutting and edge-banding plans, verifying measurements to ensure the quantity of parts requested by customers is accurate, thereby minimizing raw material waste (optimizing the cutting plan). guide the production assistant regarding product organization after the cutting process. * Prepare the machine to receive MDF and MDP sheets/panels and execute the cutting plan. * Identify and package cut products according to the daily schedule, organizing them for shipment to respective requesters along with the invoice, following the Cutting Department’s procedures. * Perform preventive maintenance by cleaning the machine structure and cutting blades per manufacturer specifications, using required tools. * Maintain workplace cleanliness by collecting pallets, residues from MDP or MDF boards, and replacing the sawdust bag, following process guidelines (waste recycling and disposal of materials per applicable legislation). * Know and comply with standards, procedures, or work instructions defined by Quality, Environment, Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems, as applicable to your role, established by the company or current legislation. *(Here, it’s fast-paced, hands-on, and results-driven!)* **REQUIREMENTS:** --------------------------- * Completed elementary education (minimum); * Experience in the role.
