Job Summary: The professional will perform FTTH and FTTA network installations and repairs, carry out maintenance, diagnose network issues, and provide courteous customer service. Key Highlights: 1. That’s why we seek talents like you—those who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** To build this team with us, the candidate will face the following challenges: * Perform installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA residential network technologies; * Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on installed services, resolving issues and ensuring service continuity; * Repair/correct service failures, including slowness, Wi\-Fi issues, no connectivity, intermittency, etc.; * Remove cables and equipment from canceled customers to free capacity for new customers; * Verify access feasibility for the commercial team; * Relocate devices within the same residence (room-to-room moves); * Relocate equipment to a new address upon customer request; * Perform upgrades—replacing or adding devices when customers change their plans; * Install internal and external cabling and connections; * Test cables and optical fibers; * Configure telecommunications systems and, if necessary, escalate to technical support; * Diagnose and resolve network issues; * Provide courteous and efficient customer service, clarifying doubts and guiding customers on proper service usage; * Document and maintain records of network configurations; * Perform other duties related to the position, as directed by management. **Requirements and Qualifications** Professional Profile We Seek: * Completed high school education. * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as per roster); * Valid and active driver’s license (Class B); * NR-10 and NR-35 certifications preferred; * Technical experience and familiarity with telecommunications network installation and repair procedures; **Additional Information** Additional Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão \- PCD-dependent assistance * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (available to those enrolled in Amil health plan) * E-learning platform on the intranet * Tour House: 5%–12% discounts on airfare purchases, hotel reservations, and car rentals. * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rates * Samsung Partner Portal With the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion across Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent optical fiber group in the country.
