Assist in the assembly of metal parts, structures, and components according to technical drawings. * Assist in operating machinery and equipment, such as presses, lathes, milling machines, welding machines, etc. * Prepare raw materials (metals, alloys, etc.) for use on production lines. * Availability to work at third-party sites. * Availability for short-term business trips. * **Quality control:** * Perform basic inspections on parts and products to verify compliance with established quality standards. * Assist in adjusting processes to ensure finished products meet technical specifications. * **Workplace organization:** * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, ensuring safety and production process efficiency. * Sort materials and tools according to production processes and work orders. * **Maintenance department support:** * Perform simple preventive maintenance on equipment when required. * Assist in diagnosing and repairing operational failures or issues in machinery and tools. * **Process monitoring:** * Assist in monitoring metallurgical process execution, identifying potential deviations or process improvements. * Collaborate with operators and supervisors to ensure production continuity and efficiency.
