Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of the area, equipment, and utensils. *Cleaning Assistant.* You will be part of a dynamic operation, working with focus on cleaning, sanitization, organization, and supporting general department routines, ensuring a safe, clean, and appropriate work environment. Responsibilities and Activities * Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of the area, including floors, walls, drains, countertops, sinks, and handling areas. * Sanitize equipment and utensils, correctly following internal procedures. * Clean cold rooms, freezers, and refrigerators according to safety guidelines. * Properly collect and dispose of organic and recyclable waste, maintaining an organized environment. * Prepare, dilute, and appropriately use cleaning and sanitizing products according to instructions and technical data sheets. * Correctly use PPE (gloves, boots, apron, cap, etc.) and comply with hygiene standards. * Maintain organization and preservation of cleaning materials and equipment. * Report any material needs or replenishments to the responsible person. * Clean sector restrooms, shelves, balconies, consumption tables, and the bakery oven.
