You will receive formal employment registration in your Work Card (Carteira de Trabalho Profissional), plus participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge. With a daily workload of 6 hours—working 4 days per week at the company and 1 day per week attending the ESPRO course—you’ll stand out as a unique young professional! Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Course/Capacitation Theory Hours: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM\. Initial ESPRO Course Phase: 7 days (Monday to Friday), online (EAD). Intermediate ESPRO Course Phase: Once per week, in-person at the Salvador ESPRO Hub. Contract Duration: 16 months. The apprentice will begin activities at ESPRO in online (EAD) theoretical training format. They will remain in theoretical training for 7 days. After completion of this initial phase, the apprentice will start working at the company and attend ESPRO once per week during the intermediate phase. The intermediate-phase course will be conducted in-person at the Salvador ESPRO location. **Responsibilities:** Performs support services for administrative departments, assisting in executing office routines, controlling and organizing documentation, supporting the preparation and submission of documents, monitoring administrative processes, and attending to customers and suppliers.
