We are looking for an organized, analytical, and committed individual interested in learning about the real estate development process. If you enjoy organizing information, documentation, and project analysis, this opportunity may be right for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** You will join our Development team and assist in activities related to project development and licensing, including: * Supporting the organization and tracking of technical documentation for developments; * Assisting in the review and analysis of architectural, urban planning, and complementary projects; * Supporting approval and licensing processes with competent authorities; * Monitoring deadlines, filing procedures, and internal departmental controls; * Organizing files, documents, and information related to developments; * Supporting the team in administrative and technical tasks within the Development area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies, from the 3rd year onward, in Architecture or Civil Engineering; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Availability to work in Bauru/SP.
